TDP Specialties was born from a simple idea: everyone deserves access to the same exceptional ingredients that professional chefs use in Michelin-starred kitchens.

Founded by Eric in Las Vegas, TDP Specialties started as a passion project. After years of traveling through Italy, Greece, and the Mediterranean, Eric fell in love with the artisanal producers he discovered—family mills that have been perfecting flour for six generations, small-batch tomato growers in California's Central Valley, and olive oil makers who treat their craft like art.

Why We Do This

We believe that the difference between a good meal and an unforgettable one often comes down to ingredients. That perfectly blistered Neapolitan pizza? It starts with Type 00 flour from Molino Dallagiovanna, milled the same way since 1832. That rich Sunday sauce? Stanislaus tomatoes, the choice of professional kitchens for decades.

But here's the thing—these ingredients were nearly impossible for home cooks to find. They were locked behind restaurant supplier minimums and specialty import costs. We changed that.

Operating from Las Vegas, we ship same-day to most of the Southwest and nationwide within 2-6 days. Every order is packed by hand, stored in temperature-controlled facilities, and shipped with care.
