• NOH Foods of Hawaii! Hawaiian poke mix delivers the authentic poke flavor you've been craving. The mix is complete with Hawaiian Ogo straight from Hawaii.
• Noh The original Hawaiian poke mix is a simple ingredients, authentic flavor and easy to prepare!!! Perfect for fresh fish, octopus and for Tofu also.
• Ingredients consist of Hawaiian Salt, Ogo (Seaweed), Chili Pepper. This poke seasoning mix is all natural and gluten free. The 0.4 oz mix makes one pound.
• Cut 1 pound of raw fish into 3/4 x 3/4 cubes. Remove dried Ogo (Seaweed) from package and place in bowl. Cover with water and let stand for 2-3 minutes Remove Ogo from water and slice into 1/2" pieces.
• Place cut fish into a bowl and sprinkle Ogo over fish. Add 2 tablespoons sesame oil. Add Chili Salt and Mix well. To enhance flavor and color, add chopped green onions and serve.
