A very white blend with an ash content value below 0.40%, achievable thanks to the extraction process of the innermost part of the wheat grain and the cereal washing phase, a distinctive feature of Molino Dallagiovanna. The fresh pasta will thus be enhanced in egg color, providing a visually and taste-wise superior result. This flour maintains perfect hydration during the kneading process, ensuring a seamless pasta union and excellent cooking resistance.

TIPS FOR PERFECT STORAGE: Keep in a cool, dry place, below 25°C, with a maximum humidity of 65%, and protected from light even when the package is open. It's perfect to store it in a cupboard or kitchen cabinet; once opened, simply fold the packaging back on itself, securing it with a clip or adhesive tape. In warmer periods, you can also store the bag, even if open, in the refrigerator.
