I was searching for month's for Monin brand Blackberry syrup, my entire family loves it, my kids especially. I tried all the stores in my city that I know carried the product and low and behold they no longer carry this brand, the reason I choose this brand is because it's clean, no dyes all natural, do you know how hard that is to find these days. This flour will make your pasta dough like silk. I can’t count the number of compliments I’ve had about how light and flavorful the pasta I’ve made with this is. I’ve had excellent service from this company as well, any shipping issues are addressed immediately.
