Rarely do you find a company that not only backs their products, but provides excellent customer service as well. I roast my own beans and this is the first time I have purchased beans from El Salvador. The reviews that I read were right on target. Very smooth, rich taste with no bitterness. I usually go with dark roast but took the other reviewer's advise and went with medium roast. It did not disappoint. I also want to support El Salvador's economy any way I can.
Great coffee
I purchased this flour from TDP and everything about is was (and is) excellent. Firstly, the flour arrived quickly and well packaged. Using the flour (with long fermentation period) has greatly improved my pizza making. I highly recommend this product!
TDP Specialties is wonderful. They always have these muffins when I can't get them anywhere else.
As for the cinnamon roll muffins, they are the best. They are very easy to make and the taste is just right. It is not too sweet but gives me just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth.
