This is our new pizza pack for 2024 and beyond.
This will allow you to make every variation of pizza if you are learning the craft, and to experiment with your favorite combinations.
Yeast One 500 gram brick of Molino Dallagiovanna professional bakers yeast. This is more than you'll need, but its the only size they make it in, so it will last you quite a while. This is enough yeast to make about 110 lbs of dough.
Flour
All Use Included are one kilo of the flagship All Use flour, which is a very versatile 11.5% W250 flour designed for immediate use, and lower temperature ovens. (400-500 degrees) This will make incredible, mind blowing bread, pizza crust, or breadsticks.
La Napoletana This is a higher protein, W310 flour designed for fermentation, and is much more durable for high tempatures that some pizza ovens have. (700 degrees plus) Napoletana is an AVPN certified flour, and if you are a pizza fanatic you'll know what that is. Napoletana will hold more water than the all use, but the all use is a bit easier to knead and stretch as an every day dough.
Sauce
New York Style Pizza must have sauce, and only the best tomatoes will do. We included Bianco DiNapoli, which is the best brand out there. The new york pizza sauce is a purists sauce, and only has five ingredients, Organic Tomatoes, Organic Basil, Sea Salt, Organic Garlic, and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Robusto The brand new Bianco DiNapoli Robusto pizza sauce is also all organic, and contains Organic tomatoes, organic puree, sea salt, organic basil, organic garlic, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic onion powder, organic oregano, organic red pepper, and citric acid.
Mikes Hot Honey We included 6 packets of Mikes Hot Honey for you to try. The hot one is famous and the extra hot is incredible! These allow you to try different variations to see which is your favorite.
Every TDP Pizza kit is carefully packed and sealed in a box with love. We picked all of the essentials which are our personal favorites, and this kit will allow you to make many different pizzas and try differnet sauces and receipes to see which is your favorite.

I don’t normally write reviews, but what compelled me to write this one was a couple of things that need to shared with others.
I was turned onto this coffee by a good friend. To start, I love coffee and would easily consider myself a coffee snob, like so many others in this coffee centric world. I had my go to coffee brands, both local and exotic. Then one day, a friend suggested that I try Tesoros Del Pais distributed by TDP Specialties. The coffee was flavorful and had just the right panache to make me buy more than I would normally buy so I wouldn’t run out of a good thing anytime soon.
Where I thought the level of coffee was good, it was trumped by the level of service, communication, and attention to detail by the team at TDP Specialties. They showed me they cared about my selection of their imported product, made sure I knew I was ordering more than a human could consume in a year, and were professional and kind to deal with through the entire process. Shipping was incredibly fast and the product was safely packaged by their caring team.
I can’t say enough about this coffee and company. Go ahead and buy some Tesoro’s and begin to experience the finer things in life of flavor and service from a top notch company in a sea of internet product fulfillment companies. This coffee tastes amazing and have a nice taste! I use it for my French press and my cold brew set up, definitely my new supplier for my organic coffee beans especially since they buy them and roast themselves.
Rarely do you find a company that not only backs their products, but provides excellent customer service as well. I’ve been searching for this particular Char Siu Sauce for a year now, since the only store that carried it in Anchorage ran out and didn’t restock. NOH makes the absolute best marinade I’ve ever had, and TDP is the only distributor that would attempt to send it here. Kudos to Eric for taking the time and effort to communicate on a human level and get the job done. I’ll be making the world’s best ribs again soon!
I roast my own beans and this is the first time I have purchased beans from El Salvador. The reviews that I read were right on target. Very smooth, rich taste with no bitterness. I usually go with dark roast but took the other reviewer's advise and went with medium roast. It did not disappoint. I also want to support El Salvador's economy any way I can.
Great coffee
I purchased this flour from TDP and everything about is was (and is) excellent. Firstly, the flour arrived quickly and well packaged. Using the flour (with long fermentation period) has greatly improved my pizza making. I highly recommend this product!
TDP Specialties is wonderful. They always have these muffins when I can't get them anywhere else.
As for the cinnamon roll muffins, they are the best. They are very easy to make and the taste is just right. It is not too sweet but gives me just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth.
If you are looking to get any products from Kodiak Cakes, TDP is the place to get it from. They also have a lot of other good products on their website.
